We would like to say a warm thank you to everyone who made our stay here so pleasant and wonderful. It truly is a trip to remember forever.

Please thank all your representatives who worked with us, the concerge, the wonderful cook Angel and our maid service ladies and pool persons. Their hardwork and dedication to their jobs are truly appreciated by us. The groundcrew, the many staff at the beach and restautants, such hospitality people deserve much credit for making our stay very stress free.

Lastly, thank you to you Ray for helping us navigate through the paperwork and for answering all our questions. As Trang moves forward with the business aspect in May, it is good to know that you will be at the end of an email or the phone for guidance.

The purpose of this email is to a give a true and honest feedback on the performance of Asmyne Pierre. She asked me to email you about her work.

During the 3 last months I started communicated with her regarding my bookings. I joined Lifestyle in August 2018 as a member and before I was in communication with Ramon Cabrera. However since my agreement was in french, my representative was changed to a francophone representative.

Asmyne is a hard working person and always responded to my queries rapidly. She is very professional in dealing with my questions and from what I can see, she is a very responsible person and likes her job, she gives the best of herself. This is very important, you must like what you do in life. She has very good manners, good knowledge of her work and her french is perfect. Language is a very important aspect and as a customer service agent and being in the front line, she reflects the company ( Lifestyle) image. Since more and more people from Québec are visiting the Dominican Republic specifically LifeStyle Resorts, Québec people like when they hear hotel representatives speaking french.

Lastly I would say, that Asmyne is an asset for the customer service department and her good work must be rewarded. Her attitude and dedication towards work is an example. Bravo Asmyne!!

Review of Presidential Suites Cabarete

My wife and I decided to spend a week at Lifestyle’s newest property in Cabarete. The all-inclusive resort is located on both sides of the main street that runs through town, with the Presidential Suites on one side of the street and the Imperial Suites on the other. The rooms are tastefully decorated and sparkling clean. Free WiFi is provided as well. The Presidential Suites are designed with free-formed swimming pools (I believe I counted seven) in one large area while the Imperial Suites have an infinity pool that faces the Atlantic Ocean.

There is bar service at both pool areas, with an occasional deejay providing entertainment. The resort staff are very polite and work hard to provide you with a truly wonderful vacation experience. This is an ideal setting where adults can relax and, for the more adventurous types, participate in activities such as sailing, kitesurfing and windsurfing. There are also daily Spanish and salsa lessons, games like darts and beanbag toss; there is even an occasional deejay at the pool and a movie night. Activities for children are somewhat limited. There is a spa offering the usual range of services (massage, hair, nails). The gym is under construction.

There is currently no casino on the premises. A fun activity for the whole family is to walk along the main street and browse the many shops and restaurants lining both sides, with hawkers competing for your tourist dollars. (Bargaining often works). Regarding dining options, there are two specialty restaurants – one Italian and the other Asian fusion. There is also a buffet dining room where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, sometimes a la carte with theme nights (ex. Dominican, Mexican) and at other times, where you serve yourself.

The breakfast buffet is exceptional for its wide variety of offerings: fresh tropical fruits such as pineapple, mango, papaya and chinola (passion fruit); freshly-squeezed fruit juices and smoothies; a variety of cheeses; cold and hot cereals as well as eggs, pancakes and French toast. Dominican-style foods are also represented: mangu (boiled and mashed green plantains), boiled yuca (cassava) with onions and fried queso blanco (white cheese). Coffee (the hugely-popular Cafe Santo Domingo), tea and hot chocolate are additional beverage choices.

The waitstaff are to be commended for the highly professional manner with which they perform their responsibilities. A welcome sight at all three restaurants is their open kitchen. In addition, the presentation of the food deserves praise as well; the meals have been wonderfully creative and deliciously seasoned.

There is a rooftop lounge with indoor and outdoor seating that opens at night, where they sometimes present shows or singers and always have a deejay playing music for listening or dancing. In summary, Lifestyle at Cabarete is a great place for adults to relax and eat well. The entire staff is phenomenal, working extremely hard to ensure that, as they say in “DR,” todo bien (“everything okay”). One final note, the resort is still under construction, with plans to expand.

Hi Karim – Thanks again for everything, we had a great time at the Resort. Paco, our driver was excellent and  he pointed out many of the local attractions on the way to the airport. Having the limo to the airport was the best experience and was a wonderful way to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary ?

I would just like to let you know that I was very pleased with the service I received from your staff member, Julia Lympany. I had to make changes to our reservation due to some flight delays and ended up adding another day on the back end of our vacation. Julia made this process very easy and it assured me that Lifestyles was proving me with the VIP service I have paid for. Thank you for accommodating me and my guests.

Our stay was an enjoyable one.  We loved and enjoyed all the amenities & benefits that LHVC had to offer.  Your staff was amazingly courteous and attentive, from Castro and Darlin our concierge reps down to the wait staff in the dining rooms, pools and gate keepers.
 
As Lifestyle Members, we are looking forward to vacationing around the world, as well as utilising the business option that our membership allows us.  
 
Last but not least, we are already looking forward to our return visit and hoping that it will be just as memorable.
