Risks you are taking buying unauthorized excursions:

  • Be taken to a different place than the one offered.
  • In case of an accident during the Tour, the medical cost would be covered by the person who bought the excursion since the people who sell on the beach are not legally authorized and have no insurance.
  • Intoxication, since they do not have any control and quality supervision in their food and drinks.
  • Be evicted by the corresponding authorities from the place where they take them, for lack of permission to be there.
  • Vendors on the beach operate without the necessary insurance, license and/or registration.
