For travelers with vacations arriving from now until April 13th, You can reach us on LIVE CHAT and by phone between the hours of 9 am-6 pm in order to change your dates or cancel your vacation. Please have your confirmation number ready so we can assist you more quickly.
For travelers whose trips are not within the next seven days, please understand that we are trying to prioritize travelers with the most immediate needs, You can help us by waiting to contact us for cancellations or changes until your travel is within seven days. We know it is frustrating to wait but we greatly appreciate your patience and co-operation.
